Shipping policy
Carrier
All orders are shipped with PostNL and include track & trace.
Processing time
- Orders placed Mon–Fri before 16:00 CET are shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after Friday 16:00 CET or during the weekend ship on Monday.
Delivery estimates
- Netherlands: next-day delivery is our goal, but final timing depends on PostNL.
- Other countries: timing varies by destination and carrier handling.
Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and parcel weight/size.
Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Orders outside the EU
No VAT is charged at checkout for orders shipped outside the EU.
Local VAT and import duties may be collected by the carrier upon delivery.
Address issues & undeliverable parcels
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or missed collection, we can reship the order once it’s back with us; additional shipping costs will be charged for the reshipment.
Damage or loss in transit
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and contents so we can open a claim with PostNL.
If your parcel appears lost (e.g., no tracking movement for an extended period), contact us and we’ll investigate with PostNL. When the carrier confirms loss (or the investigation reasonably concludes the parcel is lost), we’ll replace your order or refund you.
